Fred Hickman, Attorney

Business Law and Lawsuits

I choose my clients and cases selectively. If you have violated my client’s legal rights, know this: You will answer for it.

Since 1986, admitted to practice law in the State of California, Bar No. 124406, and in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and in all United States District Courts of California.

I represent mortgage lenders, servicers, business owners, landlords, and a federal financial institution. I have represented numerous financial institutions, small and large, local and national, and the FDIC Division of Liquidation. My legal work spans issues that lenders and bankers face, including foreclosures, lender liability defense, REO, deposits and collections, real estate, and creditor remedies.

Now, for what matters most to me, and ought to matter to you:

“Unless the LORD builds the house,
They labor in vain who build it;
Unless the LORD guards the city;
The watchman stays awake in vain.”

Psalm 27:1-2

“Blessed are all those who put their trust in Him.”

Psalm 2:12

“Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter:
“Fear God and keep His commandments,
For this is man’s all.
For God will bring every work into judgment,
Including every secret thing,
Whether good or evil.”

Ecclesiastes 12:13-14
